There is a quiet and safe house and we are very selective of our roommates, we wish to find kind, responsible, and quiet roommates and we are LGBT-friendly. The house is entirely maple-wood floored, has central air, is modern, and clean, it is also safe with a very friendly neighborhood.
* Some students described this neighborhood as the golden triangle for its cleanliness and convenience of the location, the best place to rent other than the dorm.
* Public bus is right in front which can take you almost anywhere. There is also a UMBC shuttle bus right in front of the house, or you can walk/bike to UMBC/CBCC and only 10 min drive to UMB downtown.
* Giant (supermarket) is right across the street, and restaurants like Ledo Pizza, Chinese carryout, Subway, Urban Barbeque, and a haircut place too.
* The area feels suburban but is right next to 695 and 95; that can take you into the city in 10 min or south to D.C. through MARC (Halethorpe station).
* Internet FIOS (top speed 900/900 mp up/download) and water bill included, and electricity will be split among everyone. The lease term is negotiable, it will be cheaper if you sign a yearly lease.
* No drinking parties please; however, there's a huge backyard and a deck for occasional barbecues.
* Ample of parking spaces right in front of the house.
* Whatever you need for the room, mattress, bookcase, lamp, pots and dishes, chairs, even bed sheets (if you don't mind used), you only need food and clothes to move in.

1. The room is twice as big and comes with its own shower for less than half of the rent increment to the smaller room ($650). The big room is $995 for a long-term lease until the summer of 2024, your lease will end in July 2024. Basically, for $345 more, you got another room-size space and your own shower. The best deal in the house.
